The milk was spoiled for both coffees ordered. After few sips, threw the Iced Spanish Latte.

Wrong items received. Items were not same as in the picture.

I ordered 3 Iced and 2 hot coffee. But i received 2 iced and 3 hot

The boba is VERY undercooked. I specifically Ordered the "BROWN SUGAR BOBA" to enjoy some soft bouncy boba that they usually serve, but this one I got now is HARD AS ROCK! WONT EVEN GIVE ME REFUND!!

The flavors of lychee and mocha latte is different from the previous. We throw a way the drinks because of the taste.

I asked for 2 sea salt biscoff and 1 matcha. Instead, i was given 2 matchas and a biscoff. 2nd time getting my order wrong
