I liked the warm matcha but they forgot to give sabstraw for the pink drink.

One of the drinks' lid was not securely closed, ended up spilling some of the drink.

I regularly order this it use to have slice pistachio nuts but now the did not have

Bakit ganito lasa ng kape niyo? 2nd time na ito pero palagi walang lasa. Mapait lang. Para kang uminom ng americano tapos puro yelo. Wala pang cutlery. Paano kakainin yung pastries. Hay nako.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent order. The receipt shows a Hot Caffe Latte (Tall, Decaf), but I received a frappuccino instead, which I did not order.

Frappe was delivered melted. Also, the frappe size delivered was incorrect

NO CUTLERY WAS PROVIDED!!! PANO KO IINUMIN YUNG FRAPPE??!!! KUTSARAHIN KO?

According to the app, it last only 30-35 mins but my order came more than an hour. I also pick the fastest delivery but it came longer on what do I expect
