Specifically asked for utensils and napkins but restaurant didn't give!

Never contacted me for missing items, now 2 person in the group has nothing to eat! Very inconsiderate of French Baker crew!

Actually it's more about Panda App not being able to cancel order! Some food not avail so that means our friends have to watch us eat?! If we order again we'd have to pay twice the delivery fee!
