As usual, there was too little dashi stock (containing grated daikon radish) for the tempura, which left the bowl lacking in flavor overall.

It contains chicken cartilage, so it has an unpleasant texture. Whenever I find a piece in my mouth, I have to pick it out one by one. On top of that, there’s less broth in the oyakodon than usual.
