The matcha without ice is so little parang 75% lang. why?

no seasalt foam and can’t even taste the seasalt (if it has been mixed)

i paid for additional caramel syrup, i think there isn’t any. disappointed.

I wait to long for this order no one contact me to explain . I order 9 or 10 pm then I receive my order almost midnight? .

didnt contact that they are replacing an ordered item

1) They decided "on their own" to replace my (unavailable) order with another --- they didn't even bother to call; 2) the coffee spilled; 3) the cookie was underbaked.
