The matcha without ice is so little parang 75% lang. why?

I absolutely love Zus Coffee! The quality of their coffee is consistently excellent- smooth, rich, and flavorful. Their menu offers a great variety, from classic espresso drinks to creative options.

no seasalt foam and can’t even taste the seasalt (if it has been mixed)

i paid for additional caramel syrup, i think there isn’t any. disappointed.

Oks lang, pero kulang. Nag add ako ng seasalt creme. Binuksan ko talaga yung drink para makita kung may seasalt creme, waleey. Hinalo ko, baka nasa ilalim (char), waleeey talaga. :(

Walang label, pano namin malalaman alin yung drink namin dito

didnt contact that they are replacing an ordered item

1) They decided "on their own" to replace my (unavailable) order with another --- they didn't even bother to call; 2) the coffee spilled; 3) the cookie was underbaked.

I asked for an extra straw and they didnt give me one, plus their prep time is too long
