The BBQ you delivered was completely burnt—charcoal black. Please improve your grilling method. I had to throw away four pieces because they were inedible.

Ang niabot kay murag leftover, cold gi hulmigas and wa ang meat puros ra java rice, gi ilisdan. after we contacted the resto the moment nadawat namo ang order, still cold not fresh. Never again.
