medyo maalat siya. I was hoping for a classic Italian pasta. ragu ata ito. mukhang tomato base kasi sa photo but it is not more on heavy herbs and meat and spicy sausage. good for adults,not for kids.

the liempo is extremely tough. The bulalo has very fine bits of bone. Dangerous to eat because of the bone shrapnels. We ended up not being able to eat either. 😔 the salad is fine.
