Nth time ordering here, at hindi nakaka-disappoint. Halos di na mabuksan sa sobrang secured ng packaging. Hahaha Nasunod din nila requests ko. Food was delivered hot and super sarap! :D

Tastes good pero sobrang konti ng sabaw for a large spicy pork udon.

Sometimes the serving is so small, literally small for the price

they didn’t follow the notes that’s given.

Requested for onion, tempura flakes and sesame pero kahit isa walang binigay. naka depende pala talaga sa nag pprepare. Sad. Yung last time sobrang generous yung nagprepare ngayon parang mema lang.

Did not follow my instructions at all. No extra sauce or rice. I’ve asked for extra rice (and said I can pay extra) multiple times at other marugame branches and they’ve done it.

My food was spilled when it arrived and they did not place any condiments i requested!!! 😠

Beef served is not acceptable. Too little for the price and 2 hours wait.

Never listens to extra instructions. This is the second time I’ve asked for extra sauce (which is free) only to be given less sauce. Would not recommend buying here. Defiant incompetence.
