Incomplete order

Delivery time took so long, and they didn't even advise us about the reason of delay. I added birthday candle and paid, but nothing came.

Orders were delivered 3 batches. We were just waiitng too long.

They cancelled my first order because of the discount

No updates regarding the unavailable cake that I ordered, and they have the nerve to replace one of the two remaining cakes with another flavor without my knowledge.
