The cup was not properly sealed, and when I gave it a slight shake the contents started to leak out, making a mess. The straw provided was incomplete making it difficult to drink comfortably.

The upsized iced choco matcha tastes like 80% water and 20% iced choco, I would've expected that they adjusted their "original" recipe to the amount of ratio that the drink would be... bruh sayang lol
