Disappointing, I’ve instructed to put happy birthday on Cup but failed to do so. Simple favor from customer. Hayss buti pa sa ibang starbucks mababait ang barista!!

They do not provide the OR even if I request for it. Then I will have to go after them and call them. Such a hassle.

Frap not good to put in a paper cupi. The cup was broken as it became fragile after just a few minutes and the drink was wasted. Starbucks PH should consider a more durable container.
