Missing utensils

second time buying their wraps and always leaked through the packaging, even when i hold package by hand. hope they improve packaging.

Just fine. Godfather chops totally different from what’s in the picture. Tastes good without the guilt.

Not following instructions

Why is your caesar dressing sour and tastes more like vinaigrette than actual caesar? 🫩 the first time i ordered from another branch, i let it pass thinking it was a mistake of the attendant.

my salad had no sauce

No fork

Pork had a strong raw smell and unpleasant raw taste. The dressing smelled so foul and made me nauseous. Couldn’t eat more than one bite. Only the lettuce seemed fresh. Very disappointing.

the lettuce is too big and overwhelming the meat is so less cant even taste or feel theres any, dry and the sause is not bland and the wrap is so cold same goes to the salad more on lettuce less meat

one hour and 10 minutes just for one order

they didn't give me what I ordered. sad.

Yong lemonade ko nasan na

2 item Yong order ko but only 1 i received ,the staff told me na e deliver yun lacking item., but sad to say walang dumating, hindi na ako o order dito sa baseline restaurant.
