Food is dry because there's no sauce on the order delivered. It's not even warm. There's no option on the app for it to be chopped or not so I assumed it will be chopped but the chicken were whole

chicken is not fresh. my family cannot eat the whole chicken. they got stomach ache & LBM. pls serve only fresh chicken. so sad.
