I am extremely disappointed with the manager’s decision. It is unfair that I was asked to pay for the POS issue. Although resolved by their end for the rider, I maintained the decision was wrong.

Cake was mess! The top of cake is melting when we received this.

Hindi inayos yung lettering ng simpleng “Happy Birthday” grabe, kulang ba training ng employee niyo sa branch na yan or nagmamadali? Either way, unacceptable to! Please do better next time around
