Tastes like Gyudon & Katsudon has too much mirin in them. May be best to reformulate the recipe to make it less sweet. 30-50% less mirin ideally. Saw another comment saying food here is too sweet.True

I’m missing an item, and they charged me for it anyway.

The chicken teriyaki was good however I do prefer it to be on the sweeter side, theirs is more on the salty side. The cookie was burnt :<

Food is really good. However, I hope they place the extra japanese rice in a separate container instead of using the wrapper because it's very sticky!

rice not sticky enough. provided with chopsticks, but the rice encourages spoon usage.

Matigas yung beef, over cooked yung egg.

Oyakodon did not have any egg in it, the sauce should be a mixture of egg, onions, leeks. No egg whatsoever. Taste is ok, but not what Oyakodon shld be. Order took forever to prepare!

It’s been an hour waiting for the order who gonna pickup for sure my order was rough and cold

my order was still not prepared on it's pick up time. i even waited almost 30 mins in the restaurant. they could have updated the status so i didn't have to wait

di masarap. ang tigas ng pork tonkatsu. halatang luma na ung baboy. alang lasa ung gulay. di rin masarap dumpling

the gyoza is just store bought, not made by them. and its rubbery because it wasn't even cooked thoroughly

Poor service. The crew was veryy slow. Need to come back again since they just give 7/8 bento.

sobrang asim ng dimsum and ng veggies. Tried tasting it and it turns out panis na. Had to order from a different restaurant for my late dinner
