Packaging is good. Food arrived on time. I order here a lot, the food is yummy but it gets spoiled when I eat it hours afterwards (I am a nightshift worker so I order a lot to cover my shift).

The chaofan easily gets spoiled with just a few hours since I ordered. It's also too smokey in terms of flavor you barely taste anything else. Been ordering here since 2018 both online and in person.
