Jhon9/1/2025You didn't blanch the carrots of braised beef before serving to customer. Not standard. The buchi is too oily. You forgot to drain it for 30 seconds before packing it. Overall, the food is quality.
Marlon3/7/2026Please take note of the instructions input in the order. I requested for chili oil and toyomansi for the siomai. But you did not include them. Toyomansi/Chili are already SOP for dimsum orders.
