I ordered sweet roasted chicken but the gave me Pepper roasted without even informing me.

Whenever I order at their branch, the food is always stale especially the liempo. I would describe it na parang nireheat lang nila ang niluto nila kahapon. That's why hindi siya palaging fresh.
