The store did not provide ketchup for pizza, the rest it’s great especially their chicken

The skilletti is not hot when delivered. It needs to be hot to be delicious.

Food arrived cold

i prdered chicken and mojos solo. end up 5 pcs mojos only?! overpricing...

I specifically asked for carbonara instead of spaghetti but I was given spaghetti

The pepperoni pizza was bland. The bunch of lunch spaghetti had no flavor and hardly had any sauce. The slices of Hawaiian pizzas were dry and obviously reheated. Only the mojos and chicken tasted ok.

doesn't taste good, wasn't satisfied spinach pizza taste spoiled carbonara too little sauce. Not satisfied with it's worth.

our order received more than an hour....pizza got cold will never recommend

Shakeys did not follow my instructions as to what chicken part i wanted. Better the cybergate branch
