food was great however they provide additional charges without prior notice.

no ice and cups was given even I requested it. requested square cut but still received pizza cut.

There is no rice included.

Shakeys gave me the wrong order (they added shrimp)

The pepperoni pizza has lesser toppings than the usual and the pizza has hair.
