Cebu Lasagna - Paseo Arcenas

My first time ordering, and was blown away by the bistek. Combo C is definitely worth the money. Everything was perfect down to the spicy vinegar. Will try other items next

I love this combo. The bistek was tender and flavorful. The chicken skin had a nice crunch. Lasagna was a bit on the creamier side but still good.

Combo C is sooo sulit! big portion ang lasagna, the beef is tender and flavorful, ang chicken skin well seasoned.. dako sad ang shrimp sa tempura, dili puros batter.. this order did not disappoint ♡
