The food was good. However, we requested for cutlery but none were provided. Then, no ketchup or hot sauce provided with the pizza ordered. Hope they include this next time.

no hot sauce, no chili flakes. sent coke instead of zero. we chose zero for a reason.

Pizza was already cold. Ordered 2:44pm got delivered by 3:50 but actually I received by 4:20pm 😠

Received the wrong order. Instead of getting Creamy Spinach - Hand Tossed, I got the Classic Beef N' Onion which was too salty for my taste. Hawaiian Delight - Hand Tossed was good though.

I waited for almost an hour, and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and slightly bitter.

so frustrating. pizza was no longer hotbwhen we got it and very few pepperoni toppings.

Took 2 hours to deliver. Pizza was cold. What did you expect 5 stars? If there was zero stars, I’d rate it as zero.

The mushroom soup seems "panis" and the garlic bread loaf is missing. The carbonara is too "soupy"

My household member did not receive the Classic Beef Onion. and we cannot file a refund because they forgot to take a photo
