Spanish latte was so bitter. I ordered this because i know spanish lattes are sweet and i want with sweetness. But the one they made was so bitter😩

The Kapesada didn’t taste like it had condensed milk. the packaging was not like the other branches with the egg tray, but luckily the drinks didn’t spill. My Iced coffee was way toooo milky.

The coffee is so sealed but I don’t have any straw. I am trying to open the lid and it leads to mess. This is so frustrating!! Obviously this coffee needs a straw but you didn’t put any!!
