🫣Why did the formula change? It taste so different from IT park branch ! And the SM branch. I ate those like 1 and 4 months ago. Bread is also a lot more dense and different

I don't know what happened but the food was bland, did the chef or baker change? It was also cold when it got here. I expected it to be warm like my previous orders. seems like the quality declined.

Primary issue is that food arrived cold, pasta was not warmed up, and even more the Chicago White. Never happened before and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE
