I was not given a straw

coffee was not sealed properly. delivery spilled half of the coffee also gave the wrong lemonade

Pasta is raw, utensils were not included

No straw, coffee was already melted. Very disappointing

Ordered for HOT Coffee . My order arrived after an hour and its not hot coffee anymore at the same time other coffee is already 'LASAW' to think our office is just in front of Ayala

We ordered blueberry cheesecake but given brownies. Will complain this on customer service

much disappointed , the frappe is melted it already miss to the coffe, the croissant is so much dry not fresh not worthy for the price

It took the drink almost 2 hours. I ordered 13:04 and arrived 14:40. I even got wrong drinks only 2 instead of 3. I think they swapped it with other customers order. Very disappointing
