Their description says french toast, but they’re not serving it. They only gave you toasted bread. Which is ironic because in physical stores, they serve the french toast.

i asked for one more shots of espresso on my drink, but I get nothing. Hope they will recognize the order of their costumers. I pay for the whole drink but I they dont give me what's on my order.

I ordered ham & cheese omelette large java chip and cheesepuff. Paid a lot but they seem to have forgot the cheesepuff even the receipt says so. I did not receive the cheesepuff.

The Cheesy Egg Croissant was burnt. It was colored dark brown and hard and bitter. Seattle's best should have not sent this to us, but rather replaced it with another croissant that is not burnt.
