Iced Spanish Latte is a solid 💯! Plus, their waffles are absolutely heavenly 😍 Kudos to this store, waiting time of 15 minutes for their waffles and donuts is always worth it! ❤️

good, matcha sonut and waffles taste the same with super sweet matcha drizzled syrup/frosting. matcha frappe not creamy huhu but food is delivered newly cooked and served hot. thanks
