Casa Verde, located in Cebu City, is a successful chain of family-owned restaurants that were first established in 2002. Originally started as a small canteen catering for students it was known as the Ramos Branch after one of the family's Spanish ancestral homes. It soon built up a loyal following and from its humble roots the family took the next step of taking their home-style food to next level by opening a full-scale restaurant. It has proved to be one of Cebu’s most popular destinations for foodies. Many of the menu items are named after family members.
