I ordered iced caramel macchiato (upsize) and i added extra cream mousse (₱20) but when i received my drink walang cream mousse. They should have notify me na walang cream mousse.

The coffee is not as strong anymore. I can only taste the oatmilk.

The coffee sent did not contain any protein. Based on the taste alone, it was evident that it was just regular coffee and did not include the protein component.

Matcha was really awful… to be fair, Pickup has a signature taste but as for the one I have right now, I think there is something missing with the Matcha. The Vietnamese one ia good

One of our order is iced pistachio but there is something brown sa drinks. Bata pa man unta ang moinom. We clearly put sa notes nga less sweet and no coffee kay bata ang moinom
