my ice seasalt brown sugar was not sealed properly and some of it got spilled. hope next time it will be properly sealed so that it won't cause any issue. thanks

I ordered Iced Mocha, pero ang dumating Iced Chocolate. POOR SERVICE

Delivery took forever. I ordered around 2 pm thinking I would receive my coffee for around 20-30 minutes but then it only arrived after waiting for almost 3 hours. It was honestly a bad experience.

The food didnt delivered to the drop off location, it went to a different location again.

Did not have the item available, replaced with another item with lower price but got charged the same amount

Doesnt follow instructions on hot drinks.

the matcha powder wasn’t properly whisked or dissolved—bawat sip may buo. Iced spanish latte also tasted like water with a hint of coffee. It’s disappointing how the quality of this branch declined
