meat was good, but skin was super chewy (had to spit it out). zero crisp, sadly. still enjoyed the meat tho.

Disappointing. The Lechon was only somewhat crispy and mostly burnt. The meat is also flavorless and tolerable to eat only because of the sauce that comes with it. Rice was also just fine.

I ordered half kilo, when I weighed the le hon, its only 450grams. not accurate weighing
