The barista outright falied to secure the plastic cup with tape, causing a spill that resulted in the loss of approx 1/3 of the beverage. Never ordeing from them again

Ordered seasalt coffee on two separate occasions - both never tasted like it has any salt. It feels like they gave me their regular old latte. Never ordering here again.
