Paid for additional cheesecake cream but they did not add on it. I was so sure that if I put additional cream cheese it is over flowing. I even put the note in ALL CAPS so they would see.

Ordered extra cheesecake but it just looks like normal drink w/o the extra. I've ordered lots of Cheesecake and pearl milktea with extra cheese and the cheesecake reaches the middle of the maior cup.
