No cuttery .. their should be.. spoon and fork for every take out food.. I requested cuttery.. but not included upon delivery

i ordered Spareribs with RICE it even says here on the receipt that my order was spare ribs with rice but all I received was the spare ribs and the sausage. I guess I'll be eating this without rice!
