Wrong items delivered. Ordered 4 different pizza flavors. They delivered 1 extravaganzza, and 3 cheese mania(instead of 1 bacon and mushroom, 1 ultimate pepperoni, 1 cheese mania, 1 extravaganzza.

I have now been waiting three and a half hours for my pizza, and it still has not arrived. I called the manager, and he told me I would have to pay extra for delivery because the address is farther aw

5pm ako umorder, then 8pm na wala pa din!

I place my order before 4pm, until 4:40 wala pa rin ang rider. That’s why, pinuntahan ko na mismo sa store nila. Ang laking abala ninyo… sa susunod kung kulang kayo sa rider, ‘wag tumanggap ng order!

it was never delivered. I needed to come to the store and claim the items.

It took 80 minutes for the pizza to arrive and its barely warm. meaning it sat there not getting delivered. Worst part is they delivered the wrong pizza on the two pizzas i ordered and not hand tossed

taste awful like frozen pizza from supermarket, cheap tomato ketchup.... a few months ago was good one, cost cutting? complete disappointment 😞

Arrived super late (2 hours and 30 minutes later) and the pizza is cold.

Hindi na mainit nung dumating yung pizzas 11am inorder 2pm na dineliver 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 wala man lang compensation. Yung brownies ang tigas na grabe. Nakakadismaya mother’s day panaman hay nako

placed order at 2:09pm and the food arrived at 3:50pm. my place is only 10 minutes away from the store. food is already cold and already soggy. nakakahiya sa bisita 😭
