only ordered bbq & sour cream. requested in my notes to make it chili bbq & sour cream but they included cheese :( i hate cheese sorry i was so disappointed :(

The fries isn’t hot. It felt like it was already made 30 mins before it was delivered

waited 1 hour for my order then malamig pa pagdating. di bagong luto.

Hindi na mainit yung food sobrang tagal madeliver ang lambot na ng fries

They sent me a different flavor without even asking me first!!!!

Delivery orders from this branch always come with undercooked fries. I gave them one last chance to prove they’re not a bad branch — but they failed again.

Unresponsive rider. Order was picked up at 7:30ish then it arrived 1hr later considering it is a priority delivery.
