They dont follow noted request instructions.. specifically instruct not to chopped the chicken but they still did chopped.

Staffs doesn't understand a simple... instruction. how hard is to understand that i requested not to cut into pieces my oder.. but they still doesn't follow a simple request... Management shout out!
