James3/29/2026The caramel macchiato is so disappointing. I opted for add on of pearls, but the delivered item has no pearls in it and its not even that full. The fries were so soggy and don’t have flavor.

FERRERAS,5/27/2026The chicken was so dry and had no taste! The fries were so dry and had no taste either. Everythint we ordered was dry and did not look how they do in the pictures at all. The chicken tender was burnt.
