I noticed that the chicken has become noticeably saltier than before—so much so that it overpowered the flavor. I ordered a bucket of 6, but we were only given two small gravy containers.

Chicken is too salty

I requested 1- Original clearly stated 3x on Special Instructions but they still gave me the hot and crispy. The gravy is watery and poor quality unlike instore mix and only half of the container. :

Chicken - NOT crispy in the outside but juicy in the inside. Too oily and too salty ng skin 😫 Spaghetti - 50/50 ang lasa. No tissue din. You can do better than this. God bless kay Rider, tysm 🫶🏻
