I was expecting that splenda is not mixed coz i asked for it to be on the side and i wanted to adjust the sweetness to my liking. Drink ended up super sweet

Ordering Caramel Macchiato iced coffee arrives after more than 1 hour the ice was melted in the coffee and the taste was disgusting. I chat with the Support and they can’t help me with that useless.
