Hi, I noticed that my Americano didn’t come with milk as requested in my order. Because of that, I’m concerned that water may have been added instead, even though I specifically noted “ no water” .

the matcha I received doesn’t have any sweetness at all. I requested less sweet, but I was referring to the caramel syrup only, not the sweetness of the drink itself and lack of staff.
