The nachos chips were not crunchy. Add ons were not added. Rice was not cooked well. Not good service. Please improve this moving forward. I love Shawarma shack but service for this delivery was poor.

When it comes to taste esp sa meat it lacks sa pag marinate siguro and also ingredients plus I think may nasama na onting chicken meat which unfortunately triggered my allergy.

2 shawarma lang dumating even though i bought 3 large beef shawarma, hindi ko na rin nasabi sa taga deliver kase nahiya na rin ako

I ordered spicy but they didn't give me that, shawarma was so dry, and bland. I waited nearly an hour for this and it was not worth the wait. Would never order in this spot again.
