I have a special instruction mentioning to SEPARATE the ice because I don’t want the drink to be watered down during transit but tell me why my drink came just the coffee without the ice???

Forgot the straw!!!

The lid of the matcha cup has no hole, how can I drink in it? Plus it took to long to arrive hence, the food is no longer hot. Such a waste of money. Will never order at this branch again. 👎🏻

I paid extra for a straw and no straw came with my order. Very disappointing

The pictures on their menu are misleading. I thought the size that I was getting was the same on the menu as there were no upsize option available. When it arrived, it was just a small cup.

Walang straw and hindi maganda quality ng coffee. Parang instant coffee lang na ma creamer. So disappointed. 😓
