I have been ordering from Coco for a while bow but this time the drink had no taste at all water down very disappointing

They didn't follow the instructions for NO SUGAR or ZERO SUGAR. And they put 70% Level of Sugar, they also add Straw, where I specially instructed no need for the straw.

Not reading the instructions, they need to develop their reading comprehension.
