no straw when delivered

ordered two drinks for me and my friend. isang reg caramel mach at upsize na latte. na switch drinks namin to reg latte and upsize caramel mach. we couldnt switch bc iba yung sizes ng drinks namin.

Delivered Caramel macchiato instead of matcha

This doesn’t taste like the pistachio latte that i always order, and I requested for it to be sweeter, but the drink that arrived to me is so bitter and has no pistachio flavor. Not consistent

Wrong order. I ordered a spanish latte with oat milk and less sugat pero nareceive ko brewed coffee with no sugar and its not oat milk. This is the second time it happened.
