Food was delivered almost 45 mins later than the estimated time

The order was spicy butao king but we got non-spicy. They failed to include the additional order of extra thin noodles. The request to separate the green onions was not accommodated.

I requested for the veggies and meat to be placed on a separate container and I also requested for spice powder but it was ignored. I didn’t get any spice powder.

The chicken is cold, not crispy. The ramen soup is also cold. Did not enjoy it.
