Expensive not worth it same food as next two the Street

Order prepared and delivered was not the same as the picture and description. The rice is not even garlic rice, but plain. And egg is sunny side up.

we paid 2k expecting for a good meal but sadly that was not the case. the rib eye was bland, the carbonara had barely any flavor and the serving was very few for 455 pesos. the salad was alright. 2/5
