Hindi niyo nilalagay kung sold out na yung item. Nakapag order na ko, tsaka naging sold out.

i placed a note to make it extra hot. they put the 2 orders which is the hot coffee beside the cold coffee into 1 bag. so the hot coffee turned cold because of the iced coffee.

They did not follow the specified time of delivery

sea salt matcha order ko pero strawberry matcha ang pinadala. upgraded pa sa oatmilk. very disappointing.

I ordered two iced coffees. One had ice, but the other was slightly warm and had very little ice. Even though I asked for less sugar in both cups, the coffee was still too sweet.

it needs more innovation in ingredients.

I ordered upsized Iced caramel macchiato with extra boba but what I receive has no boba which you charged for an extra 20p I think. I was really disappointed. I put original recipe but it's too sweet
