Malamig and under cooked ung fries

Soggy na yung fries and ang konti ng flavor parang half cooked yung fries

Hindi crispy yung fries and ang onti lang ng tera.

i asked for extra powder wala naman dinagdag

Unpleasant taste. It didnt look like fried fries. More like boiled with dripping oil and flavoring.

It was very soggy, there was not much powder in it and NO crunchy fries AT ALL. Everything was soggy.

Sobrang konti halos kalahati nalang ang dumating tapos ang konti pa ng powder dissappointed

i simply ask for extra powder, no extra powder! i selected chili bbq, not sure but not spicy at all. i humbly ask because am preggy and craving for it for the very first time. not gonna order again

fries is still soggy, requested for truffle flavor but there's a hint of sweet corn flavor added to it, not reco branch for sure, orederred more than 5 times already but quality is consistently poor

this is my 3rd time to order, kung di malamig, matigas, tapos ngayon mainit nga pero labsak naman, ang lambot kulang pa sa pagkaka fry ok na sana at mainit pa kaso kulang pa sa pagka crispy, minadali?

I love the fries but they are soggy when they arrived. 🥺 This happens all the time.
